I booked my appointment a week in advance. I went in they said they don’t have me on their schedule and they can’t take me in because they’re fully booked. I told them it’s their fault they messed it up they have to make it up to me the lady said no I have to come back some other time. so upsetting and unprofessional
I had an amazing experience at my nail appointment with Van! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming, and Van was an absolute professional. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time, always checking in to make sure I was okay. My nails look flawless, every detail was perfect. And I felt truly pampered. I have been going here for many many years off and on and today was the best experience I have ever had. Despite it being busy I felt like I was the only one my tech was focused on. She was so awesome. I had a spa pedicure and wax and left feeling relaxed and happy. Thank you Van. I will be booking you in all future visits. 🥰
I had the day off and decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure at Rose’s. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was a completely different story. Instead of being seated at a proper table, I had to stay in the pedicure chair with dim lighting, awkwardly holding my hands in the air. The technician even brought out a random couch pillow for me to rest my hands on. There was no hand soak, and she cut my cuticles so aggressively that one started bleeding badly. When I said “ouch,” she blamed my “dry cuticles” rather than acknowledging the issue. She then applied multiple thick coats of polish to cover it up, and the end result looked messy. By the time I got to my car, the polish had already slid off one nail. When I returned to show them the bleeding and poor application, they initially offered a $15 gift certificate. I declined and eventually received $25 cash instead. After going to Rose’s on and off for 10 years, this experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be back. The service felt careless and unprofessional.
Went in for an acrylic nail fill and it was a horrible experience my technician was way to rushed wanting to get to the next person. And wasn’t taking time or being careful. Nails started lifting after less than a week so went back to get them fixed. The technician blamed it on me that they lifted when it was an application issue because I’ve had long nails for years and never have this issue. She claimed I was bending my nails on purpose to make them fall off. I then just wanted her to fix it and she made me leave and come back later in the day. She was very rude and rushed when fixing them after making me wait first. She fixed them so fast and skipped a lot of steps. She was also helping another client while she did mine and kept getting up to help them while doing mine. The nails that were fixed where not the same shape as the others as well as crooked and stuck to my skin. She did not buff them at all so they were all rough and scratchy underneath. They are curved not straight like the rest. The nails are also super thin so flimsy and will probably break off and have to get them redone again. She also said she didn’t have time to do my original design on them either so they aren’t even what I wanted. Waste of time and money. Will never be going back.
