I booked my appointment a week in advance. I went in they said they don’t have me on their schedule and they can’t take me in because they’re fully booked. I told them it’s their fault they messed it up they have to make it up to me the lady said no I have to come back some other time. so upsetting and unprofessional

She made me feel so comfortable the entire time, always checking in to make sure I was okay. My nails look flawless, every detail was perfect. And I felt truly pampered. I have been going here for many many years off and on and today was the best experience I have ever had. Despite it being busy I felt like I was the only one my tech was focused on.
